Dyad Capital (“Dyad”) is a fundamental research-driven, bottom-up, value-oriented manager focused on undervalued equities globally. Dyad’s investment approach prioritizes business model analysis, alignment with properly incentivized management teams.

The strategy takes relatively concentrated positions in high-conviction original ideas. The investment due diligence process emphasizes a company’s ability to generate sustainable free cash flow, in-depth research, interviews with management and competitors, and a thorough review of quality earnings and management’s capital allocation track record. Our team is particularly focused on uncovering opportunities that exhibit “Dyad Dynamics” – defined as the intersection of a compelling catalyst, robust corporate actions, and operational excellence driving long-term value creation.

Dyad Capital was founded in 2023 by Ryan and Quinn Kahn, who oversee the strategy and lead the investment process.
